Rural Mobile Health Clinic Survey
The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), in collaboration with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), is gathering input from rural residents and families to help inform the planning of Rural Mobile Health Clinics. This is a project supported by the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
We are reaching out to municipalities across Rhode Island's rural communities to ask for your partnership in helping us reach residents and encourage participation in our survey. Feedback from the survey will ensure that local voices and perspectives are represented as part of our planning efforts.
We want to hear directly from residents about their healthcare needs, challenges in accessing care, and the types of healthcare services that would be helpful in the 18 rural communities supported by the RHTP: Burrillville, Charlestown, East Greenwich, Exeter, Foster, Glocester, Hopkinton, Jamestown, Little Compton, New Shoreham/Block Island, North Smithfield, Portsmouth, Richmond, Scituate, Smithfield, Tiverton, West Greenwich, and Westerly.
